    Description
    JobOverview:Weare seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITservice management with a focus on delivering highquality servicesto internal and external stakeholders. The IT Service DeliveryManager will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionalsensuring that services are delivered in a timely and efficientmanner and maintaining strong relationships with clients andvendors.Responsibilities:
    1. Overseethe delivery of IT services to internal and externalstakeholders.
    2. Manage a team of IT professionalsproviding leadership and guidance.
    3. Develop andimplement service delivery strategies to meet the needs of clientsand stakeholders.
    4. Ensure that service levelagreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.
    5. Monitorand analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas forimprovement.
    6. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients and vendors.
    7. Workclosely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new businessopportunities.
    8. Stay uptodate with industrytrends and bestpractices.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
    2. Proven experience in IT servicemanagement.
    3. Strong leadership and communicationskills.
    4. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
    5. Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
    6. Proficiency in ITIL and other servicemanagement frameworks.
    7. Knowledge of IT productsand services.
    8. Valid drivers license andreliabletransportation.
