    **Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

As a bootstrapped startup, we are poised for rapid growth and seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

    Flexible (Remote options available)

    **Role Overview:**

    As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and growth of our company. Your primary responsibility initially will be to raise funds from High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) or family offices to fuel our expansion plans. You will lead fundraising efforts for multiple rounds, ensuring adequate capitalization to support our ambitious growth trajectory.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure capital from HNIs, family offices, and potential investors.

    Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

    Lead negotiations and manage the due diligence process for fundraising rounds, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

    Collaborate closely with the executive team to align financial strategy with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

    Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.

    Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities.

    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.

    **Qualifications:**

    Proven track record of successfully raising capital from HNIs, family offices, or institutional investors for early-stage or growth-stage companies.

    Extensive experience in strategic financial planning, fundraising, and investor relations.

    Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive results under pressure.

    MBA or advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

    Experience in the renewable energy sector or technology startups is a plus.
