    Job Title: Business Development Executive

    Experience- 1-2 years

    Budget- 3.00 LPA

    Location- Ahmedabad (Local candidates only)

    Notice period- Immediate- 15 Days

    Job Location: Work from Office - Ahmedabad (Prahlad Nagar)

    Job Description:

    Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive at TIGI HR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and expanding our client base. You will leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and networking skills to effectively promote our services and establish TIGI HR as the go-to partner for staffing and recruitment solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of prospective clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
    • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to tailor staffing solutions that address client requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
    • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
    • Represent TIGI HR at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies to support business development efforts.

    Job Requirements:


    • Fluent English Communication (Must)


    • Market Exposure in the Service Industry


    • Any bachelor's degree with relevant experience


    • Confident, Extrovert, Energetic
