    Job description :

    Overview :
    We are seeking a skilled Power BI developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business needs into effective data visualizations.


    The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data analysis, visualization best practices, and experience in developing scalable Power BI solutions.

    The candidate should be able to work independently and have excellent communication and presentation skills.


    Responsibilities :

    • Excellent working exposure in data modelling and complex SQL writing, and very good knowledge and work exposure in Python Programming.
    • Develop visually appealing and interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate datadriven insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with business users and subject matter experts to gather requirements and understand data analysis needs.
    • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data quality and integrity. If people have worked on migration projects from some legacy reporting tool to Power BI, that will be an added advantage.
    • Design and implement data models, calculations, and DAX expressions to support complex analytical requirements.
    • Conduct data analysis and provide meaningful insights to drive decisionmaking and improve business processes.
    • Optimize performance and scalability of Power BI solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and new features of Power BI to continuously enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide support to endusers, enabling them to effectively utilize Power BI and selfserve their data needs.

    Power Bi, SQL, Python.


    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
    • 48 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering highquality Power BI solutions.
    • Strong proficiency in Python & Power BI, including handson experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
    • Proficient in data modelling, DAX expressions, UI formatting and bookmark & page navigation in Power BI.
    • Experience with SQL and data querying languages to extract and manipulate data.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective data visualizations.
    • Familiarity with data visualization best practices, user experience (UX) design principles, and data storytelling.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
    • Selfmotivated and able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Microsoft PL 300 certification

    Optional :
    Experience with Row level security implementation and external tools.
