Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Doris Infotech. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee benefits design. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Experience in recruiting and onboarding new hires
Proficiency in payroll administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to think critically and problem-solve
Knowledge of performance management and employee development
Experience with employee benefits design is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Handle all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement
