    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Doris Infotech. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee benefits design. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
    • Experience in recruiting and onboarding new hires
    • Proficiency in payroll administration
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to think critically and problem-solve
    • Knowledge of performance management and employee development
    • Experience with employee benefits design is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
    • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
    • Handle all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
    • Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
    • Coordinate employee training and development programs
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases
    • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
    • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
    • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement
