    Description

    Job Description


    • Optimize paid search and social campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.


    • Monitor campaign performance and strategies to improve metrics (CTR, conversions, CPA)


    • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.


    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential keywords and ad groups.


    • Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders, clearly communicating key results.


    • Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.


    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.


    • 4-5 years of proven experience


    • Work Location – Chennai

    Prerequisites

    • Should have extensive knowledge and working experience (at least 3-4 years) in running campaigns on Google & LinkedIn.
    • Must have experience in running conversion-based B2B campaigns .
    • Inbound Lead routing and automation
    • Should have experience in inbound traffic and cultivation of leads.
    • Should have at least 3 years of proven SEM and SMM experience.
    • Google Ads Certification
    • Should have excellent Google Analytics & other platform skills
    • Good reporting skills
    • Good time management skills
    • Excellent Communication skills
