    You'll be our: Lead - Training & Knowledge Management (Sales & CS)

    You'll be based at: New Delhi - Zonal Office

    You'll be aligned with: Head - Talent Development

    What you'll do at Ather

    • Responsible for managing end-to-end training and knowledge management for sales and customer service at RP and in-house team.
    • Identify and assess the training needs of the departments through analysis, career paths and consultation with stakeholders.
    • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
    • Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
    • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
    • Effectively manage the training budget.
    • Evaluate performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
    • Assess employees' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
    • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
    • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
    • Select and manage resources, including working with internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
    • Manage technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
    • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
    • Support and lead the team and work on individual development programs for the team.

    Here's what we're looking for

    • Training domain experience for at least 6-8 years.
    • People manager for at least 5 years.
    • Stakeholder management.
    • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
    • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
    • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Expert in planning and execution of training deliverables.
    • Out-of-the-box thinking for training solutions for a wide network.

    What you bring to Ather

    • Graduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience with at least a minimum of 6 years in the training field.
    • 2 years of managerial experience.
    • Auto industry experience would be an added advantage.
    • Should be a Training Manager for at least 6 years.
