    Description

    Job Description :

    • Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges.
    • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirementgathering sessions with stakeholders to elicit and document both business and technical requirements.
    • Analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
    • Create comprehensive requirement specification documents (SRS) including functional and nonfunctional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
    • Work closely with development teams to effectively communicate requirements, address questions, and ensure solutions accurately meet client needs.
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the entire development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between existing systems/processes and client requirements, proposing solutions to bridge those gaps.
    • Participate in solution testing and validation to ensure they adhere to specified requirements and quality standards.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to both clients and internal teams regarding requirement clarification, changes, and ongoing maintenance.

    Technical Skillset :

    • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques including workshops, interviews, use case analysis, and user story creation.
    • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
    • Indepth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Solid understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    • Experience with B2B application integration.
    • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (Strategic ERP's database) and CRM systems (implementation or integration preferred).
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Master's degree a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on documenting technical requirements for ERP, CRM, or B2B applications.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams at all levels.
    • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proactive and resultsoriented with a focus on delivering highquality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
