    Position Overview

    We are on the lookout for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President of Faze 3 Limited. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a wide array of administrative and executive tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the President's daily schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Schedule and manage the President's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    2. Organize internal and external meetings, coordinating all logistical aspects to ensure smooth execution.
    3. Serve as the first point of contact for the President, handling all forms of communication including emails, phone calls, and direct inquiries.
    4. Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the President.
    5. Prepare detailed agendas and materials for meetings, ensuring the President is well-prepared.
    6. Follow up on meeting action items, guaranteeing tasks are completed within assigned deadlines.
    7. Plan and arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including accommodations and transportation for the President.
    8. Provide detailed pre-travel briefings and conduct post-travel follow-ups as necessary.
    9. Maintain and organize crucial documents, files, and records, upholding the utmost confidentiality.
    10. Ensure the accuracy and security of all sensitive information.
    11. Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar position.
    • Exceptional ability to organize and multitask effectively.
    • Outstanding communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal English.
    • Expertise in MS Office Suite and familiarity with calendar management tools.
