    EIC - Campus Recruiter

    Domnic Lewis is mandated to hire a EIC for the Bangalore Location

    • Organize inhouse career days tailored for students and recent graduates, categorized by department or field of expertise.
    • Represent the company at college career fairs, engaging with students to promote the employer brand.
    • Majorly Involved in Campus Recruitment. Yearly plan may include Lateral Hiring and opportunity to learn and get involved in Employer Branding.
    Candidate Assessment:


    • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and administer skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships.
    • Assess candidates' suitability for entrylevel roles based on qualifications and potential.
    University Relationships:


    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with universities to establish strong partnerships.
    • Advertise job openings and develop internship programs to attract top talent from academic institutions.
    Employer Branding:


    • Contribute to the company's employer branding initiatives to enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Actively engage with college communities to attract talented individuals and promote the company's brand years of previous experience utilizing diverse sourcing strategies, including social exceptional relationshipbuilding abilities.
