    • Proficiencyin MSOffice.
    • Abilityto domultitasking.
    • Assistingin various departments of the company(Admin& HRSalesOperationPurchase& Warehousing Customer Support)
    • Admin& HR Assisting in human resource functions asset managementvendor & overall payment records maintenance legal andcompliance related support.
    • SalesOperation Invoicing support coordination for dispatchetc.
    • Purchase& Warehousing Purchase order preparation coordination withwarehouse etc
    • CustomerSupport Assisting in aftersales service handling incoming calls andcommunications attending customers.
    • Thoroughunderstanding of office managementprocedures
    • Excellentorganizational and time managementskills
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills
    • Managingfilingsystem
    • Recordinginformation asneeded
