    Job Title : Chief TechnologyOfficer (CTO) - Lawyered

    Location: Gurgaon,India
    Experience: 10-15years

The company is rapidly growing and seeks adynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology teamand propel the company to new heights.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute the overall technology strategyaligned with company goals, objectives, and customeroutcomes.
    2. Collaborate with the executive teamto integrate technology into core business operations.
    3. Partner with functional and product management teams toinfluence the strategic direction of product development, includingMulti-Generation Product Planning (MGPP).
    4. Drive ideation, prototyping, and deployment of newfeatures and solutions.
    5. Develop technologybusiness plans and budgets supporting short to mid-long-term growthobjectives.
    6. Provide leadership to agile teamsacross web development, backend services, and multiplelanguages.
    7. Define and monitorKRA's/KPI's/OKR's and IT budgets,providing regular reports on technology-related expenses andROI.
    8. Collaborate on digital transformationalprojects, including IT Strategy, Cyber Security, Cloud Strategy,and Mobility strategy.
    9. Formulate Build vs BuyDecision strategy for timely product development and strategicdominance.
    10. Evaluate and manage IT vendors andoutsourcing partners, leading RFPs and third-party vendormanagement.
    11. Own technical and architecturaldecision-making, establishing strong engineering processes fortimely and quality delivery.
    12. Ensure excellentuser experience, overseeing UI/UX improvements for customer loyaltyand higher conversion rates.
    13. Oversee deliveryand operations for ongoing support and maintenance programs,ensuring excellent uptime.
    14. Build and mentor ahigh-performing, collaborative technology team, fostering a cultureof innovation and excellence.
    15. Identify areasof improvement, partner with stakeholders to drive scalable andprofitable solutions.
    16. Lead cost and deliveryoptimization opportunities while driving customer value.
    17. Stay abreast of latest technologies including LLM, NLP,ML, AI, and ensure robust cybersecurity and Data Law Privacycompliance.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in computerscience, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Advanced master's degree preferred.

    Job Requirements &Experience:

    • Provenexperience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadershiprole.
    • Extensive knowledge of legal industryprocesses, logistic industry knowledge is advantageous.
    • Experience with team and project management, technicalevaluation, and performance assessment.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.
    • Hands-on experience in B2B, B2Cinternet technology platform development like eCommerce.
    • Proficient with coding and technologies such asJava/NodeJS, JQuery, MySql, MongoDB, React JS.
    • Expertise in SDLC/PDLC using Agile and Waterfallmethodologies, and appreciation of Architecture, Design,Infrastructure, Information Security, and DevOps.
    • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, andprivacy regulations.
    • Familiarity withrelational databases, advanced queries, and object-orientedanalysis.
    • Understanding of cloud computingarchitecture, technical design, and implementations(AWS/Azure).
    • Proficient in Python programming,and knowledge of ML and AI technologies.
    • Experience in big data, data science, and understandingof Whispering agent and chatbot exposure is a plus.
