    Description

    EazyDiner is looking for a Chief Technology Officer / CTO to turbocharge the hyper growth at EazyDiner, India's largest restaurant reservations and payments platform.

    To apply for the position :

    You should have knowledge on building and managing cloud infra, ML models, micro-services architecture and bring experience in both the Product & Engineering domains.

    Earlier experience of scaling a startup will really be a plus.

    S/he will lead the end-to-end product roadmap including website, application, product interventions and work along with the product team to step up the conversion and retention rates.

    Technology and Infra migration, Data Lake and Data Pipelines for Real time analytics, GenAI leveraging, AWS cost optimisation, payments suite enhancement, Internal automations are some of the key focus areas for technology teams.

    From Product perspective - Product led growth, App and Web conversion, Retention journeys, Macro and micro funnels across products, Customer engagement and LTV enhancement are key priorities.

    Also, s/he will build and consolidate the engineering capability, create robust engineering architecture (monolithic to micro services migration experience is a plus), and drive technology optimisation through AWS to achieve cost savings. The individual needs to be be a competent and confident leader with a positive, go-getter hustling mindset and will possess the right maturity and stakeholder management skills.

    It is imperative that you should have worked at a consumer internet start up company. Also, critical, that you are able to lead from the front and are hands on. We believe that good leaders need to know the job well themselves, across functions.
