Aboutthe RoleAs the ITEnablement Lead you will be a key player in Bayfield FoodIngredients & Associated companies digital transformationjourney. You will wear many hats acting as a strategic IT leaderproject manager and digital evangelist. Youll be responsible forspearheading strategic IT initiatives that streamline operationsenhance customer experience and unlock new avenues forgrowth.Top 2 JobScopes:

ERPImplementation & Continuous ImprovementChampion:

Youlltake ownership of the entire ERP lifecycle from selecting the bestsystem for Bayfields needs to overseeing its successfulimplementation and ongoingoptimization.
Working closely withcrossfunctional teams youll identify areas for process improvementand develop datadriven strategies to leverage technology forenhanced efficiency and cost savings.
A keeneye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement will beessential as you conduct regular system reviews and implementchanges to ensure the ERP remains aligned with Bayfields evolvingbusiness needs.
Develop and implement processesfor ongoing system maintenance andimprovement.
Analyse ERP data to identifyopportunities for processimprovement.

TechnologyInfrastructure & Operational EfficiencyStrategist:

Youllensure Bayfield Food Ingredients & Associated companies hasthe robust IT infrastructure needed to support its operations. Thiswill involve overseeing the procurement deployment and maintenanceof hardware and software to guarantee optimal performance andsystem uptime.
Youll also be responsible fordeveloping and implementing IT policies and procedures to safeguardcompany data and ensure regulatorycompliance.
Partnering with businessstakeholders will be crucial in your role as you work together toidentify and implement technology solutions that addressoperational challenges and enhance overall organizationalefficiency.
Develop and implement a hardwareand software management strategy.
Manage theprocurement deployment and maintenance of hardware andsoftware.
Ensure the security and integrity ofthe companys IT infrastructure.
Identify andimplement new technologies to improve operationalefficiency.
Provide technical support to staffand troubleshoot IT relatedissues.

We arelooking for someone with the followingqualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology Computer Science or a relatedfield.
Minimum 5 years of experience in asimilar IT project management or IT enablementrole.
Proven track record of successfullyleading and implementing ERP systems.
Strongunderstanding of digital marketing and sales automationtools.
Experience in managing hardware andsoftware infrastructure.
Excellentcommunication collaboration and interpersonalskills.
Ability to work independently andmanage multiple priorities effectively.
Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
