Key Responsibilities of theRole Life cycledocumentation: From Allotment till handover of project. Managing customergrievances and tracking status and their resolution within agreedupon SLAs and TATs. Responsible forCustomer relationship management at project site Responsible forall CRM activity documentation and MIS at project site. Intimation ofinspection period to customer and schedule customer appointmentsfor inspection. Carrying outPREDELIVERY INSPECTIONS of all flats in coordination withconstruction teamand PMG group. Predeliveryinspection and snag list. Communication of snags/defects identifiedto relevantdepartment andfollowup for resolution. Coordination withconstruction team at site for carrying out Rectification Works thathas to benecessarily undertaken. Clearcommunication of handover procedures to the customer. Final Handing overof flats to customers on completion of all the works in all aspectsto customersatisfaction. Ensure timely handover to the Association. Rental managementand management of Maintenance Agencies. ManageModification requests to the satisfaction of customer. Car parkallotment. Interacting with the customer & Preparing a detailedmodified drawing and costing based oncustomerrequirements Executing the modification/changes as approved by customers as perthe work progress atsite. Takingconfirmation from customer on fixtures fittings with necessarydocumentation andforwarding the sameto site for incorporation in respective flats. Billing andcollection of Maintenance charges. MIS andDocumentation of all correspondences. Any other activityas deputed by the Management. HandlingModification Queries and management in coordination with Customersand Projects. Credit control /payments follow up and related documentation like issuance ofreceipts. Followup coordination with Customers/Financial Institutes/ Banks forpayments. MonthlyProject updates to Customers. Handing over theunits after QA/QC completion jointly with Projects team tocustomers. Managing the entire process of Documentation including RegistrationKhata Transfer etc.
