    Circle Wealth Advisors Private Limited is a boutique fee-based financial planning and wealth management firm that works with a niche clientele as their personal CFO. Our purpose is to empower clients to achieve their financial aspirations.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The RM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the firm's client base, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish. They will work closely with the executive team to define and execute the firm's strategic growth plan. Detailed job profile as follows -

    1. Acquire new clients on both advisory and distribution business

    2. Identify corporates for conducting Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs) to market services

    3. Create vivid presentations for the IAP's

    4. Conduct the IAP's and address potential clients' queries

    5. Onboard new clients in coordination with the Ops team and Financial Planners

    6. Doing quarterly reviews and actively managing the distribution clients

    7. Ensuring delivery of VALUE to the clients and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • 4-7 years of experience in advising financial products to individual clients
    • Preferably worked in a bank or a broking outfit and dealt with clients with portfolio size of INR 50L and above
    • Good command of spoken and written English communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
    • Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends and insights
    • Excellent negotiation and project management skills
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
    • NISM, AMFI certification, and CFP degree will be an added advantage
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and other business-related technologies

    Remuneration

    Minimum CTC of INR 5 lakhs+ incentives. It can go up significantly depending on the candidate's experience & skills

    Additional Benefits

    5 day work week - Sundays & Mondays will be off, all Saturdays working

    28 days paid leave every year + 10 public holidays
