    The Job

    You will be responsible for :

    • Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
    • Approach potential clients for the broking services.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
    • Possess a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the broking firm.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the firm.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
    • Provide excellent customer service before and after sales to ensure client retention.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
    • Possess a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the broking firm.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the firm.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
    • Provide excellent customer service before and after sales to ensure client retention.
    • Actively source new leads through various channels and referrals.

    The Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
