    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Catering Sales Individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the B2B catering sector.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at corporate clients.
    • Understand clients' catering needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of catering services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Sales Revenue: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Client Acquisition: Generate a specified number of new B2B clients within a given timeframe.
    • Client Retention: Maintain a high client retention rate through excellent service delivery and relationship management.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a sufficient number of qualified leads and opportunities.
    • Proposal Conversion Rate: Achieve a target conversion rate from proposals to closed deals.
    • Average Deal Size: Increase the average value of catering contracts secured.
    • Market Penetration: Expand market share within the B2B catering segment by targeting new industries or geographic regions.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through feedback surveys and client interactions.
    • Activity Metrics: Track daily/weekly/monthly sales activities such as calls, meetings, and proposals submitted.
    • Competitive Analysis: Provide insights into competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
