- Lead the development and execution of the company's corporate development strategy, including identifying, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Oversee all transactions, from deal sourcing and due diligence to negotiation, and integration planning.
- Manage fundraising activities, including debt and equity capital raises, and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions.
- Drive engagement with capital markets, including analysts, investors, and rating agencies, to enhance the company's visibility and optimize its cost of capital.
- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, business strategy, and value proposition to shareholders and the broader investment community.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team and business unit leaders to formulate and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize shareholder value.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to business units on matters related to pricing, product development, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks, and adjust the company's strategy accordingly.
- Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, and implement measures to optimize profitability and operational Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions, fundraising initiatives, and capital markets transactions.
- Deep understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring principles.
