    Description
    Relevant Experience in Server Management around 5 to 8 Years)


    • All Windows Server End to End OS Management (Windows 2012/16/19) - Installation, Configuration, Hardening, Upgrade, Troubleshooting etc
    • Antivirus management - Epo administration & Troubleshooting of Antivirus Definitions & Monitoring and Logging for Security violations. (Good Knowledge on Cisco AMP, Sentinel one, etc)
    • Patching - MS Patch management though WSUS\SCCM, ME.
    • RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools.
    • Good working knowledge in DHCP and DNS Services
    • Basic Knowledge and understanding on Networking Concepts and Troubleshooting.
    • Basic knowledge and understanding on Storage (Dell, EMC, NetApp etc) and File services
    • Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating of technical documentation.
    9. 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting


    • Good understanding Vmware administration.
    • Daily BAU L2/L3 Calls Support on Windows Server Family infrastructure.
    • Incident Management & Escalation- Ticket Status Check and Update.
    • Change Management - Change Raising to facilitate incident resolution & Problem resolution.
    • Problem Management & RCA - Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls
    • Trend analysis of tickets and recommendation of improvement. Identifying problem areas and finding out ways to reduce that.
    • Good knowledge on File permissions and review.
    • Good Knowledge on Backup though Symantec.
    • Required Windows Server Certification in 2012/2016/2019 or CCNA.
    • Flexible to work on shifts
    • Good working knowledge in SCCM
