    L1 /L2 Support into Logistics Domain ,WMS/TMS/Transport


    Qualification :
    Any Engineering/ Computers degree


    Roles and Responsibilities :

    • User Support : Provide timely and effective support to endusers experiencing issues with applications. Troubleshoot and resolve softwarerelated problems through phone, email, or inperson communication.

    Issue Resolution :
    Investigate and analyze reported issues to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions. Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

    • Documentation : Maintain detailed records of support tickets, including the nature of the issue, steps taken for resolution, and any relevant communication. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles for common issues
    • Software Updates and Testing : Coordinate and perform software updates, ensuring minimal disruption to endusers. Conduct testing of new releases and updates to identify potential issues before deployment.
    • Communication : Communicate effectively with endusers, management, and crossfunctional teams to provide updates on issue resolution and project status. Assist in the preparation of user manuals and training materials.
