- Software Updates and Testing : Coordinate and perform software updates, ensuring minimal disruption to endusers. Conduct testing of new releases and updates to identify potential issues before deployment.
- Communication : Communicate effectively with endusers, management, and crossfunctional teams to provide updates on issue resolution and project status. Assist in the preparation of user manuals and training materials.
