- Develop business plans in a region specified and ensure that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal for Arcolab services and product portfolio
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities with new prospects and focusing on Upselling and Cross-Selling with existing customers
- Work with technology partner companies on Identifying clients, playing a crucial role in joint go-to-market opportunities
- Interacting with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality and commercially competitive proposals are created
- Development of target lists and strategies for solutions & services.
- Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors, suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and brand building
- Handle Business Development operations and activities
- Be a trusted advisor to customer and build relationships with Customer's C-Level for aligning Customer's vision and outcomes for Arcolab Delivery
- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Create and present a detailed sales update to management periodically B.
- B.tech/ M.tech/MBA with minimum 6-8 years' experience in Sales/Business Development and Account Management in Technology/ Services organizations
- Strong understanding Life science industry solution landscape and business process needs and ability to propose solutions in collaboration with the team.
- Ability to work professionally and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Proactive attitude, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of financial concepts (desirable)
- Flexible and open to travel based on business needs
