    We are having an opening for Senior Manager IT, Ivalua-Functional at our Mumbai location.

    Position: Senior Manager IT

    Job Summary:

    The Ivalua functional is responsible for the design, configuration, enhancement, and support of Source to Pay solutions in Ivalua. This role involves deep technical expertise in Ivalua along with an understanding of Source to Pay processes to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. Expectations from the candidate will be to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially procurement, finance and master data, to deliver end-to-end digital procurement solutions that support company-wide strategic goals.

    Areas Of Responsibility :

    • Min. 2+ years of hands-on iValua experience in an onshore project role within industry or consulting (preferred) and 8-10 years of experience in S2P (SAP MM) implementation/support.
    • Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and their business value drivers
    • Passionate about Sourcing & Procurement, innovation and delivery of the latest technologies to your clients
    • Experience of the full lifecycle including estimating, planning, and delivering a solution end-to-end
    • A Ivalua certification preferred
    • Deep business & industry experience in one or more industries
    • Effectively work with cross-functional teams/stakeholders in an international and fast-moving environment
    • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player
    • Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner
    • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and presentation skills
    • Experience in building strong stakeholder relationships and cooperation with a 3rd-party solution providers
    • Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
    • Work mostly with procurement, finance business team members in design, implement and continuous improvement of the iValua solution.
    • Be an integral part of innovative iValua transformation projects; roll-out of the iValua solution to other countries and company codes.
    • Utilize your functional and technical expertise in iValua and other, by analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes supported by iValua best practice solutions.
    • Utilize your Industry expertise in the field of iValua solutions to deliver integrated solutions with ERP (S/4HANA, ECC, etc.).
    • Help our sustainability agenda through Sourcing & Procurement transformations.
    • Be a valuable member of our digital procurement technology team and contribute to thought leadership, competence development, and continuous improvements.
    • Experience preparing Test scenarios and Test cases (test scrips steps) for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

    Educational Qualification :

    BE/BTech/MBA/MCA

    Specific Certification:

    Digital procurement solutions in Ivalua

    Project Management certification (PMP) will be added advantage

    Experience :

    Total Procurement processes in ERP: 8-10 years

    Experience in Ivalua: 2-3 years
