    ProjectLead

    Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 8 years of totalexperienceMandatory experience of 23 years in managing Software Engineeringprojects as Project Lead for development and maintenance ofenterprise class business IT applications in Banking domain in oneof the following set ups:o Tier 1 ITcompanies o ITcaptives of MNC Bankso IT Productcompanies focused on Bankingsector Hands onExperience in Java and J2EE platforms including Spring designpattern UI framework CICD etc./worked on Microsoft SharePoint andhave good knowledge of development using Visual Studio and CodeRepository tools.


    Proven expertise in the following processareas:

    o SDLCMethodologies (Waterfall/Agile)o ProjectPlanning o RiskManagementoStakeholdermanagement Possesses abilityto quickly understand the technical and functional aspects of theproject to be able to communicate effectively with differentstakeholders and guide the team on various aspects.

    Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills in English high integrity strongwork ethic and ability to empathize with thecustomer. Partnerwith stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables andtimelines.
    Participate in development of requirements business casesestimations Project Proposals andRFPs Facilitate thedefinition of service levels and acceptance criteria forprojects Developproject plans goals and budgets in coordination with ProjectManager TroubleShooting with L1 L2 and L3 support application Problem Solving withoverall coordination with all stakeholders to ensure closure forcross functional services in coordination with ProjectManagerCoordinating with business and understanding their requirementsregarding enhancements Escalate issuesand risks and proactively takes ownership forresolution Metricshandling for managing application health periodic status update toProject ManagerRequirement gathering for the new enhancements and valueengineering regarding existing application as applicable furthercoordinate with architecture team for solutiondesigning Maintainrequirements analysis and design documents for different phases ofdevelopmentactivities Trackmilestones and deliverables and provide regular status reporting toall levels ofstakeholdersReviewing the SLA s arrangements and coordinating with customer andmanagement for SLA reporting and improvement Reviewing thestatus of the project and taking corrective/preventive measures asapproved Ensureclose working relationship with Functional architecture testing anddevelopment teamsPlan and participate in project governance meetings project healthchecks phase gate reviews post project reviews and project levelworkshops Sharelessons learned and best practices across projects buildingrelationships with stakeholders at alllevels Provide ITPMO with lessons learned and best practices relatedinputs Collaboratewith IT PMO to implement standards guidelines and perform otherrelevant activitiesAdhere to Project Management methodology as defined by ITPMO Provide timelycandid and constructive performance feedback to directreports
