    City Sales Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven City Sales Head to lead our sales team in Chennai.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the lending industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    As a City Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and expanding our presence in the Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the assigned city.


    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance and productivity.
    • Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop plans to penetrate new markets and segments.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, operations, and risk management, to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
    • Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
