he sales head Digital Sales will be solely responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day Sales Operations, nurturing Client relationships, constantly innovating new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and managing a large sales force.
The role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams within the Organization as well as across the Group, to ensure Client satisfaction towards meeting Revenue targets.
The incumbent will be responsible at a Leadership level for driving all streams of revenues as devised by the Management from time to time such as -
The role involves managing direct advertising sales with clients located in Tamil Nadu (TN), India, and internationally.
This includes:
Direct Ad Sales from Local Shopkeepers: Initiating ad sales directly with small and marginal shopkeepers across Tamil Nadu.
Ad Sales through Agencies: Collaborating with advertising agencies to facilitate ad sales across all regions.
Influencer-Led Promotions: Implementing influencer-led activations to boost client visibility and engagement.
Event Management: Organizing events tailored for both the organization and its clients to enhance advertising opportunities.
Administratively, the role ensures seamless coordination between Sales Operations (Sales Ops) and Advertising Operations (Ad Ops) to optimize overall efficiency and effectiveness.
