- USA-shift: You will work on USA (Houston) hours.

- Lead Generation: Work with BD team to identify and research potential clients and markets to uncover new business opportunities
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
- Trade shows, and industry conferences: Identify and plan trade shows and conferences relevant to our domain. Plan team members' participation and assist with arrangements/on-site support as appropriate
- Qualification: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to determine the suitability of leads and understand their specific requirements
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads, providing essential context for successful follow-up
- Reporting: Regularly provide reports and updates on lead generation and conversion metrics to the management team
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our business network and establish strategic partnerships
- Contract renewals: Proactively engage with customers to ensure their contracts are renewed in a timely manner and per targets identified by the Company
