- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and qualify prospects through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Research potential clients and tailor messaging to align with their needs and pain points.
- Closely with the founder to develop and refine sales strategies and outreach tactics.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral and email templates to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and entrepreneurship.
- 1+ year in B2B Sales/BDR role (internship/full-time).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong skills in tracking & maintaining prospect information over CRM/spreadsheets
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not required.
- Flexible part-time hours to accommodate your schedule.
- Hands-on experience working directly with the founder and contributing to the growth of a startup.
