    Description

    Location : Bangalore

    Shift : Regular

    Mode : Work from office (5 Days)

    Please noted Below points:

    On-site field work experience, preferably IT industry.

    Working on any IT organisation especially Data Centre environment.

    Preferably acquired own transport for site movement, customer interaction etc.

    Min 2 years' Experience on the above field

    Other PMO related responsibility.

    Able to support after office hours if required.

    The role for this coordinator will be more on (IT) Data Centre base.

    Essential Functions:

     Execute Black Box PMO standards, processes, and methodologies in a consistent manner for

    project planning and execution activities including the following fundamentals: initiating,

    planning, estimating, resourcing, scheduling, and budgeting.

     Assist to evaluate vendor and supplier cost.

     Triggered SCM/Purchase Team for supplier and vendor PO creation on timely manner.

     Generate customer Quotation and follow up with customer PO.

     Assist the Project Manager in the execution of project governance activities.

     Manage execution of the project:

    o Acts as primary customer contact for the project. Clearly articulates design,

    installation, and operational concepts and solutions to customers and technicians,

    o Conducts recurring customer reviews addressing scope, schedules, issues, actions,

    risks, and customer expectations.

    o Prepare meeting agenda and presentations for communication of project information

    to stakeholders and customer.

    o Works with Procurement to ensure material is delivered on time.

    o Manages installation.

    o Transitions to Day 2 support team after project completion.

     Manage project control fundamentals: monitoring and anticipating potential problems;

    identifying project conflicts; taking corrective action; resolving issues; managing scope,

    schedule, cost, profit and budget; project reporting; and quality review and assurance.

     Issue and communicate program status to reporting manager, leadership, steering committee,

    and other stakeholders immediately.

     Manage revenue forecasting and tracking for assigned projects.

     Educate and provide consultation to customer on the technical area.

     TOT within 48 hrs via emails to provide updates on queries/request received from Customer.

     Achieve performance targets established by leadership for applicable Key Performance

    Indicators.

     Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Education Requirements:

     Associate's degree or equivalent Diploma, relevant experience required.

     Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Experience Requirements:

     4 years of experience in project management/project coordination required; experience in the

    IT technology services industry preferred.

    Other Qualifications, Skills & Certifications:

     Knowledge of project management and technical documentation tools.

     Excellent with client interaction and management relationship.

     Knowledge of standardized project management methodologies and processes.

     Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations while

    ensuring overall quality of delivery.

     Strong analytical skills including requirements documentation, troubleshooting, and creative

    problem solving.

     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     Ability to foster strong working relationships between project teams, stakeholders,

    management and vendors.

     Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred

     PRINCE2 2017 Foundation Certification preferred

     Strong background in business and/or technical discipline.

     Ability to meet project timelines and budgets.

     Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools,

    ERP, , workforce management and cloud based technology systems.
