    The Role

    Job brief:

    It is a sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within the US Accounting process niche.

    Activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts and ensuring delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    • The primary focus is to bring new business from new and existing clients.
    • Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.
    • Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how Collar Search as a RPO can meet their needs.
    • Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential Vendors/Clients.
    • Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.
    • Expertise generating new business for APO Augmentation Services.
    • Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.
    • Expert in Delivery Management / Client Servicing

    Ideal Profile

    • Excellent communication
    • Knowledge and understanding of US Accounting, Quickbooks and Bookkeeping
    • Sales experience required proficient skills in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tally, Microsoft Excel, and any other US Payroll Software
    • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in Sales (Preferably in US Accoulting Sales)
    • Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Saturday and Sunday Off) - 5 days working
    • Job Location : Noida, Sector 60 (work from home for next 3 months)
