Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team.The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, with a focus on providing exceptional service to employees and managers across the organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Support employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in collaboration with HR leadership.Assist in the coordination of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Conducting recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulationsExperience with HRMS systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
