Description

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the main liaison between our client and our recruitment team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on recruitment objectives

2. Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including data entry, candidate updates, and generating reports as needed

3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process

4. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns

5. Collaborate with our internal recruitment team to source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements

6. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients

7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of recruitment best practices

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
