    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager who is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and pricing experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
    • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
    • Strategic Pricing: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and support business growth. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.
    • Cost Management: Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
    • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
    • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams. Serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters.

    Qualifications:

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
    • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proven experience in strategic pricing and revenue management.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Leadership capabilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
