    Description

    We are seeking an experiencedSenior IT Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in ITrecruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background insourcing and recruiting for various IT roles across differentlevels utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other jobportals. The Senior IT Recruiter will play a critical role inbuilding and maintaining a talented team that drives our companyssuccess.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaboratewith business development managers and hiring managers tounderstand staffing needs and develop effective recruitmentstrategies.

    Source screen and interviewcandidates for IT positions including but not limited to projectmanagers solution architects software developers systemadministrators network engineers and cybersecurityprofessionals.

    Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter jobboards social media and other channels to attract top ITtalent.

    Build and maintain a network of qualifiedcandidates for current and future jobopportunities.

    Manage the full recruitmentlifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation andonboarding.

    Provide guidance and support tobusiness development managers and hiring managers throughout therecruitment process including interview training andfeedback.

    Stay current with industry trends andbest practices in IT recruitment to continuously improve sourcingand hiring strategies.

    Maintain accurate anduptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system(ATS).

    Contribute to employer brandinginitiatives to attract top IT talent to theorganization.

    Collaborate with HR businessdevelopment managers and hiring managers to ensure a positivecandidateexperience.

    Requirements:

    Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in ITrecruitment preferably in a fastpacedenvironment.

    Proven track record of successfullysourcing and hiring IT professionals across various domains andtechnologies.

    Handson experience with LinkedInRecruiter and other job portals.

    Strongunderstanding of IT roles technologies and industrytrends.

    Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities andmeet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

    Highlyorganized with strong attention todetail.

    Demonstrated ability to workindependently as well as part of ateam.

    Experience with applicant tracking systems(ATS) and other HR software ispreferred.
