    Description

    Key Accountabilities

    • Sourcing candidates including direct sourcing efforts, direct applications, employee referral programmes, job board postings and contingent search firms.
    • Defining required skill set and screening criteria for the open positions with the individual
    • Reviewing and processing CVs according to the defined criteria and coordinate screening with the relevant team.
    • Working together with different departments and responsible for scheduling interviews for all interviewing rounds, communicating with those relevant to the process.
    • Coordinating feedback and offer process, ensuring evaluation and hiring guidelines are followed.
    • Working with Talent Management, Training and Operations teams to ensure successful integration of new staff.
    • Maintaining/updating recruiting cycle and required databases to ensure accuracy of the information for firm use.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.
    • Data and Reporting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities on Excel- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Candidate Relationship Management: -Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed about their application status.
    • Offer Management and Negotiation.

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
    • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition role.
    • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • Proficiency with Job Portals, social media, CV databases, and professional networks
    • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent within service industry.
