Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll transactions in compliance with internal and external statutory laws and policies.
Prepare the payroll accounting for leaves, attendances, special allowances, penalties and deductions, etc., in a hybrid environment of internal employees and outsourced payroll management.
Manage and oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.accurate payroll records and prepared reports for management review.

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries and income tax calculations and deductions.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding sessions to familiarise new hires with company policies, benefits, and payroll procedures.
Organize and manage induction programs to ensure effective integration of new employees into the company culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of two years experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding, preferably as an in-house resource of an organisation of a minimum of employees
Proficient with payroll software and good knowledge of Indian payroll laws.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
