    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
    • Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilites

    Identify New Sales Leads.

    Must Have Laptop ( Optional) And Own Vehicle

    Field Sales

    Prospect For New Clients By Networking.

    Cold Calling.

    Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

    Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

    Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

    Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

    Participate in pricing the solution/service.

    Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

    Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

    Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

    Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

    Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
