    As the Head of Human Resources you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and driving our people strategy. You will lead the HR function and work closely with the leadership team to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding startup.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations
    • Build and maintain a positive and engaging work environment
    • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
    • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively
