- Guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide information about our training programs
- Assist students in selecting the appropriate course or program based on their interests and goals
- Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to promote our academy to potential students
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and meetings to address their queries and provide support
- Track and maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth admissions process and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in admission requirements
- Participate in recruitment events, fairs, and workshops to attract potential students
- Assist in organizing and conducting admission-related activities such as open houses and campus tours
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management on admissions progress and challenges
