    Director HR - delhi, India - Dadu Medical Centre

    Job Description

  • Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions.
  • Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
  • Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems.
  • Design company policies and procedures.
  • Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare budgets by department.
  • Track key HR metric like cost per hire and retention rates.
  • Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinating employee training and development initiatives.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 25 years of Experience in the same profile.
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefit programs.
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • He will assist in TA.
  • IT background will be preferable.
  • Job Type: Full-time

    Education:
    Master's (Preferred)

    Schedule:
    Day shift

    Supplemental pay types:
    Quarterly bonus

    Ability to commute/relocate:
    Noida, Noida , Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

    Experience:
    Director HR & Operation: 10 years (Preferred)
