    The role in a gist:


    As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem.

    What you will work on:

    • Assist the Board to implement the compliance policy
    • Identify the compliance risk
    • Monitor & test compliance of regulatory/supervisor direction given by performing compliance testing
    • Compliance with other regulatory too
    • Constitution of a Compliance Department

    The ideal candidate:

    • Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get handson where required
    • Possess good interpersonal skills and maintain cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Should be professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties, keeping in mind the objectives of the business.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Outstanding drafting skills and strong negotiation skills

    Qualification and Experience:

    • 4+ years of relevant experience in NBFC and Lending space
    • Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a reputed institute with a good academic record
    • Possess relevant secretarial experience, preferably in with a lending company or in the NBFC/BFSI sector
    • Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including Companies Act, RBI compliance, etc.
