    Every day, millions of bottles, cans and containers are "processed" in Krones lines - in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industries, dairy and liquid food industry as well as in the chemical, pharmaceutical and home & personal care industries.

    It is quite likely that the bottle of water, cola or juice in your hand is manufactured in one of the Krones lines


    Krones Digital Solutions India is created as of 2023 to be the Technology Competence Centre for Krones, focusing on developing software solutions for the Internal organization as well as for the customers of Krones Global.

    What You will do Everyday :

    • You will be responsible for leading & managing the Engineering Team set up in KDSI in alignment with the global roadmap to transform & rebuild applications for Krones Internal Engineering platforms.
    - Lead and manage a dynamic team in India specializing in software development for engineering applications, including the redevelopment of legacy applications.

    - Oversee the team's engagement in supporting and operating CAx (Computer-Aided design, manufacturing, and engineering) applications, document management, drawing provision, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

    - Collaborate closely with German counterparts , including colleagues from the engineering domain and potentially external service providers, ensuring effective communication and seamless workflow.

    • Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring the delivery of highquality software solutions for engineering software , legacy application redevelopment, and a spectrum of support services.
    • Facilitate collaboration between team members and German counterparts, emphasizing a customercentric approach to address diverse requirements.
    • Take a lead role in strategic planning, resource allocation, and professional development within the team .
    Your Superpowers :


    • Industry Experience of 1113 years in CAD Engineering & .NET Software development and proven experience of atleast 3+ years in managing software development teams as Project / Delivery Manager , preferably in an international context.
    • Strong background in software development, particularly in the engineering software domain.
    • Knowledge of Engineering Product Management Lifecycle
    • Strong Experience in managing project requirements, creating task plan and resource allocation, tracking delivery completion, quality checks, user acceptance and roll out.
    • Expertise in supporting CAx applications, document management, drawing provision, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
    • Wellversed in Agile methodologies and software engineering principle.
    • Should be flexible to work according to German working hours.
    • Should have worked in multicultural environment.
