    Description

    Job Description: Oracle Financials Cloud – Lead Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • and oversee the support activities for Oracle Financials Cloud modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM), ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
    • extensive knowledge and expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud to provide guidance and solutions to the team and stakeholders.
    • with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations to the Oracle Financials Cloud environment.
    • as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex technical issues related to GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM, working closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve them effectively.
    • and coach junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and fostering their professional growth within the Oracle Financials Cloud domain.
    • and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures specific to GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules in Oracle Financials Cloud.
    • updated with the latest trends and developments in Oracle Financials Cloud technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
    • in project planning and execution, ensuring that support requirements for GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM are considered and addressed appropriately.

    Requirements:

    • degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • of 6 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite with a focus on GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules.
    • experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a support environment specializing in financial modules.
    • technical expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud applications, specifically GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
    • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • in Oracle Financials Cloud or relevant areas is highly desirable.
    • ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
