    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead a team of backend engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to deliver highquality software solutions.
    • Drive the technical roadmap, making strategic decisions to ensure alignment with business objectives and scalability.
    • Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from Tier-I Colleges.
    • 68 years of handson experience in backend engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proven expertise in Java and web technologies (e. g. , Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).
    • Strong understanding of distributed system architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Previous experience in a product startup environment is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Passion for building scalable, highperformance systems and solving complex technical challenges.
    • Familiarity with FinTech concepts and regulations is a plus.
