    JOB TITLE : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

    NO OF POSITION : 3

    Job Description:

    Able Aura Organization is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development

    Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in

    achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, and will be

    instrumental in empowering people with disabilities through our product offerings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Target Achievement

    Take ownership of and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

    Develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer base and ensure a strong presence

    in the market.

    2. Product Proficiency

    Demonstrate a deep understanding of our diverse product offerings, with an ability to

    promote and sell solutions that empower individuals with disabilities.

    Participate in product training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and

    advancements.

    3. Telecalling

    Achieve daily calling numbers by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling,

    email, and other marketing channels.

    Effectively conduct follow-up communications to move leads through the sales pipeline.

    4. Client Meetings

    Coordinate and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospects and clients to

    present products and services tailored to their needs.

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional

    consultative services.

    5. Sales Experience

    Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telecalling sales or a related field, with a proven

    track record of overachieving quotas.

    Comfortable with high-volume calling and capable of engaging customers in thoughtful

    and persuasive conversations.

    6. CRM Expertise

    Utilize CRM systems like Zoho CRM and LeadSquared to manage sales pipeline, analyze

    sales data, and ensure efficient customer relationship management.

    Generate and analyze reports from CRM to improve sales tactics and strategy.

    7. Educational and Skills Requirements

    Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant

    field.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and
    • questioning.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Additional Qualifications:
    • Passion for social impact and empowerment of individuals with disabilities.
    • Excellent negotiating and closing abilities.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other sales-related software.
    • A collaborative team player with integrity and a willingness to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
