- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define product requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and validate product concepts through user testing and feedback loops.
- Drive the Agile development process, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand ups to ensure timely delivery of high quality features.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics data to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data driven decisions.
- Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for user centric design principles and ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead cross functional teams through the product development lifecycle, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to keep projects on track.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the product, providing training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Continuously iterate and evolve the product based on user feedback, market insights, and business goals, striving for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, business or related field; MBA is preferred
- 2 3 years of experience in product management in a B2B Product company
- Must have worked in a B2B, product based SAAS company
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and influence without authority.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of design thinking principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Understanding of software development processes and technologies, including APIs and cloud computing.
- Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified).
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams in a global environment
