    Description

    Job Overview:

    We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging and managing the clients and assisting with collections for Brewing Bot vertical.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Effectively manage and engage with clients, fostering strong and healthy relationships.
    2. Assist the sales team by providing feedback from clients regarding current issues and Publish NPS scores.
    3. Support sales team by conducting follow-ups on outstanding dues with clients and resolving invoice-related issues.

    Manage Ticketing Dashbaord

    ● Effectively utilize the ticketing system to report clients facing issues and NPS score.

    ● Escalate and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve invoicing issues.

    Requirement:

    ● At least 1-2 years of experience in either Voice or Non-Voice Sales Processes (Direct or Inside), with preference given to candidates with finance or accounting knowledge.

    ● Good Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers patiently through phone calls and emails.

    ● Proven track record of effectively operating ticketing systems and tracking dashboards.

    • Understanding of sales principles and the capability to meet collection targets.
