    Position Title: Administrative Assistant

    Location: Remote

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing payroll and other human resource functions, providing support in marketing activities, and assisting with SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in finance is beneficial, it is not required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Payroll and HR Management:
    • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate employee benefits and leave management.

    Marketing Support:

    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
    • Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral.
    • SEO Capabilities (Nice to Have):
    • Assist in keyword research and optimization efforts.
    • Monitor and report on website traffic and performance.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices.

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    • Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in payroll processing and human resource management.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good grasp of the English language.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
    • Knowledge of finance principles and practices is beneficial but not required.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
