    Job Summary:

    The Healthcare Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling healthcare products or services to potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and other healthcare facilities through cold calling. This role involves building relationships, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the healthcare industry. The Healthcare Sales Agent plays a key role in identifying market opportunities, cultivating leads, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    Identify and prospect potential clients within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.

    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

    Sales Presentations:

    Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions to address client needs and preferences.

    Relationship Building:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized service.

    Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.

    Sales Negotiation:

    Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and maximize profitability.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales managers and product specialists, to develop customized solutions for clients.

    Market Analysis and Strategy:

    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities for growth.

    Develop sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand market share within existing accounts.

    Customer Education and Support:

    Educate clients about healthcare products or services, including features, usage, and benefits.

    Provide ongoing support to clients, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing product-related inquiries.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Undergraduates/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in tele calling sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
    • Knowledge of healthcare products, services, and industry trends.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
