    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Employee Benefit Design Consulting:

    Assist in the development and implementation of benefit plans that align with client objectives and workforce demographics.

    Analyze client requirements and collaborate with senior consultants to design health, life and ancillary benefit programs.

    2. Benchmarking:

    Conduct market research to compare client benefits with industry standards to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement.

    Utilize data-driven insights to advise clients on best practices and trends in employee benefits.

    3. Client Presentations:

    Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to explain proposed benefits packages and the rationale behind them.

    Use visual aids and case studies to enhance understanding and persuade stakeholders.

    4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Leverage advanced Excel skills to manipulate data, create models, and generate reports that support decision-making processes.

    Ensure accurate and timely delivery of data-driven insights for both internal and external stakeholders.

    5. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

    Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide ongoing support.

    Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

    6. Continuous Learning and Development:

    Stay updated with the latest regulations, trends, and innovations in health and benefits to provide informed advice.

    Participate in professional development programs to enhance technical knowledge and consulting skills.

    7. Collaborate with extended team

    To support the existing business work with consultative inputs to ensure client needs are met adequately

    To support team with consultative sales work

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Educational Background

    Masters degree in business administration, or related field.

    Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) Abd power point. Familiarity with other data analytics tools is a plus.

    Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

    Analytical Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

    Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong interpersonal and client service skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

    Consultant Perspective:

    As a Junior Consultant, you will be expected to actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and progressively take on more responsibility for client management as you gain experience.

    The role demands a proactive approach to learning and adapting, with opportunities to lead smaller projects or components of larger projects as skills and knowledge increase.

    This role is a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal interactions, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented yet capable of seeing the bigger picture in client strategies.
